Where can I get replacement cushions?
I have not been able to find Orbit Lounger replacement cushions for the past 3 years. From what I know, the manufacturer no longer makes them.
However, I don’t want to leave you hanging. Therefore, here are some ideas that some people have come up with:
This option only costs about $50, and the lounger is comfortable to lay on. Plus, it comes with a built in (and removable) headrest.
It is also easy to clean, and you don’t have to worry about the cushion wearing out.
However, the measurements don’t match exactly. Plus, you can only really use it when the Orbit Lounger is fully reclined flat.
Orbit Frame Dimensions: 77″ long x 61″ wide
The larger version of the Papasan chair uses cushions that closely match the dimensions of the Orbit Lounger (78″ long x 58″ wide). However, they are designed for indoor use only.
Their Outdoor Double Papasan Cushions are slightly smaller (65″ long x 48″ wide), but can be used outside. Again, it’s more difficult to use the Orbit in the inclined seat back position with this cushion. By the way, both sizes come in 10+ different colors and cost between $135 and $175.

Can I get replacement cushion covers or a replacement frame?
No. Sorry about that. =(
Note: new replacement cushions are made of material that is water resistant and has UV protection to prevent fading.
We have had visitors purchase a dust ruffle/bed skirt separately to attach to a new cushion set. This can be done with velcro so that the dust ruffle can easily be detached and washed. Where can I find a cover for the Orbit Lounger?
The manufacturer does not sell replacement covers for the lounger. However, I have found patio furniture covers that are similar in size and shape that work well to protect your furniture during the winter (or rain, sun, etc..)

Does the Orbit Lounger require a lot of work to assemble?
Customers report that it takes between 20 mins to 45 minutes to put together. All “tools” that are needed to assemble the lounger are included with the product except a phillips screwdriver.
Is the cushion fabric waterproof/water resistant?
The cushion fabric and fill contain 100% polyester. Plus, they resist water and mildew. However, it is NOT waterproof. The cushion fabric is also UV-resistant to prevent color fading and deterioration. Many customers report that they leave their loungers out in the rain on a regular basis without any problems.
Does it come with the throw cushions in the photo?
Yes. It also comes with a magazine holder that hangs over the frame.
